Can Serge Lesage rugs be washed?

Yes! All of our Tiptop, Ultra, and Spa rugs can be washed in cold water on a delicate cycle. We recommend using a small amount of mild liquid detergent. You should never wash your rugs with any products that contain bleach, color-safe bleach, or bleach alternatives. Rugs in our Tapage collection should only be spot treated.

Will the colors of my rug run or fade?

Serge Lesage rugs maintain their brilliant colors wash after wash. We recommend that you wash any rugs with bright reds, oranges, or yellows in cold water alone for the first 2-3 washings. Some of the dyes in those colors may bleed onto other items during washing. After the 3rd washing, you will be able to wash them with like colors.

Can Serge Lesage rugs be put in the dryer?

Yes, you can tumble dry rugs from our Tiptop, Ultra, and Spa collections on low heat. We recommend only drying the rugs for 10-15 minutes and then letting them air dry.

Blue Leaves
Is Blue Leaves dishwasher safe?

For best results, we recommend hand washing Blue Leaves pieces.

Will the finish on Blue Leaves scratch off?

No. Each Blue Leaves piece is hand-cast brass infused with microns of silver or gold. The unique heat-activated process creates a permanent plating that will not scratch off.

Is Blue Leaves safe to use with acidic foods, such as ketchup or salad dressing?

Absolutely. You will find Blue Leaves spoons and serving pieces are very versatile. As with most silver or gold pieces, we do not recommend keeping Blue Leaves submerged in any type of food or drink for an extended period of time.

Can I place an order online?

Yes. The first step is creating an online wholesale account. If you are a current TT Suite customer, you still need to apply for an online account. Once you have created your account and chosen your user id and password, you will have access to our online ordering system.

When will I receive my order?

All orders are shipped within 72 hours of placement. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless you have made prior arrangements with a TT Suite representative. If you require a tracking number for your order, please contact us at 773.525.0816 or email shipping@tabulatua.com.

What is your return policy?

Returns require prior authorization. Please contact our customer service department for return requests at 773.525.0816 or email wholesale@tabulatua.com . All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
