Minimum opening order: Serge Lesage = $600 or 18 rugs. Blue Leaves = 12 packs. Merchandising and display pieces do not count towards minimum. Reorder minimum: $200. $10 handling fee for orders under minimum.
5% shipping and handling charges on all small rugs and runners.
10% shipping and handling charges on all area rugs.
MasterCard or Visa on opening order.
Net 30 extended to established accounts with references.
Late charges billed at 2% per month. Late accounts revert to C.O.D. or proforma.
Damage claims must be made within 10 days of delivery.
No returns without prior authorization. Restocking fee is 25%.
